Why Meditate?

Thousands of studies have shown the positive impact that meditating has on our health and well-being. Based on personal observation, case study reports, and systematic scientific evaluation, meditation fosters clarity and focus, improves heart health and sleep patterns.
De-stress...meditation has also been shown to lower blood pressure and decrease stress hormones in the bloodstream.
Meditation is a habit of highly successful and happy people, recommended as a means of coping with stress and anxiety.


How do I succeed in meditation? 
You are successfully meditating if you meditate. Seek the deep stillness. Try to quiet the mind. Creating an internal focus, taking a moment to observe the patterns of the mind -- without getting attached to the content, without engaging in the dialogue, simply observing -- you are doing it right. Seated, walking, or guided, let's develop a practice specific to your lifestyle to cultivate a rhythm of regulatory healing in your nervous system, in your thoughts. 

Ways to meditate...
There are many meditation techniques to explore. Seated, guided, walking, with breath technique, singing, mantras, and more.
​After evaluating your lifestyle, techniques will be crafted to your level of study.


Meditation with Journaling

Open up space and create flow in your body to unlock your spirit, and unharness the mind.  Writing can help you to process information and communicate effectively. Putting your thoughts on paper eases decision-making and can lend a fresh perspective.
