Your appointment is reserved specifically for you. If you are unable to be present at the agreed time, please text/call if you are running late.
Unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following agreements are honored.
- Minimum 48-hour advance notice is required when cancelling or changing an appointment with no fee
- With between 24 and 48 hours notice, 1/2 the cost of the service will be charged as a fee
- A fee of the full service cost will be assessed with less than 24 hour notice.
This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.
For workshops and group sessions, a week advance notice is required to avoid a cancellation fee of 75%.
When possible I will try to accommodate emergencies.
The goal of this agreement is to lend enough notice so that the appointment can be offered to another client, and to accommodate a consistent income as my source of living.
To ensure that everyone is treated fairly, an agreement is made when you decide to schedule an appointment. What to keep in mind is that a successful cancellation policy works as impetus for considerate and responsible action, not a punishment.
Upon scheduling an appointment, you will be asked for payment information, which will be used to pay for services and/or satisfy any fees in accordance with above policies.
