Celebrate with me!
2020 marks 20 years of my work in the healing arts.
My work is a creative expression, a dance of communicating love and support for fellow beings. People intrigue me; each individual is a treasure trove of gifts and talents. I have always fascinated over what makes folks thrive.
Growing up, I was given freedom to roam in nature for hours, until the sun went down. I love water sports- for a while we lived on Lake Michigan. We also lived on a river where I could swim for hours. I would explore our 10 acres of woods, ride my bike down country roads, canoe to my friend’s house (or cross-country ski in winter).
This habitat provided immeasurable gifts which taught me about life all around us. I learned to slow down observe the nature of life and its cycles in the earth, plants and animals, to study how there’s an intelligence in everything on the planet. It’s a blessing I wish to influence others with- this graceful rhythm of calm and sensibility.
My work enables clients to step onto a path to heal themselves in a lasting way. Whatever our learning platform, there is enormous capacity for healing wellness with a mutually expansive experience. That connection to my clients offers me an ever-enriching career that brings rewards with each encounter.
As a yoga instructor, therapeutic massage and craniosacral therapist, I bring over 20 years of knowledge to our sessions. My experience began working in a clinical healthcare facility in 1999. Later I also began working in a spa setting where I learned the art of inducing deep levels of relaxation, with nurturing care. Those experiences, in conjunction with a continuing education of esoteric anatomy study through craniosacral therapy, yoga and meditation, help me to identify your construct- mentally, physically and spiritually to help you achieve your most balanced, vibrant version of yourself.
