My teaching draws on more than 20 years of studying the body and kinetics as a massage therapist and body worker. Join me for a selection of yoga classes suited to your lifestyle. We can incorporate hatha, vinyasa flow, breathwork, yin study and meditation. All of practices are anchored by alignment awareness.
