Workplace wellness (Remote Programs available)

Foster greater business health by building healthier, more resilient and creative employees using he tools of stress management. From lunchtime yoga classes to lecture-intensive programs, each organization receives a personalized package based on their specific needs and goals.

Since 2010, I have experienced the joy of leading programs, seminars and workshops in private, corporate and group settings. Lectures and demonstrations can be given in person or, especially in this time of social distancing, via streaming platforms.
