A link to Zoom classes will be at the bottom of the registration page. If you are new to Zoom you will need to download it first, and log on a minimum of 5-10 minutes before class for initial set-up. 

​Recommended props:  yoga mat, 1-2 yoga blocks (substitute a stack of books), a strap or belt, a thick towel/pillow/firm blanket for bolstering.

Choose from three weekly 15-minute and two monthly 30-minute sessions.

Drop in on a brief guided practice. It's crucial to find peace and ease in your day to maintain good health. 


This time-out is available 3x per week to build into your schedule. You deserve 15 minutes for breath study and mediation.

​Explore the polarities of a whole. One cannot live without the other: soft & hard, cold & warm, feminine & masculine, dark & light, all which bring us into a balanced being.

Yin Yoga is a beautifully meditative and restorative study that heals deep tissues, and addresses chronic tension patterns. 

An all-levels practice, these postures are held in a passive practice. You are encouraged to wear comfortable layers to encourage relaxation.
