If you are new to Zoom you will need to download it first, and log on a minimum of 5-10 minutes before class for initial set-up.   To prepare for yoga practice, I recommend a yoga mat, 1-2 yoga blocks (or 2 thick towels can be rolled up instead), a strap, pillow for bolstering, and a firm blanket.
